The release of the Pandora Papers is creating a shock wave across the world. An anonymous source shared a plethora of confidential financial files with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) nearly 2 years ago. This event delves into the Pandora Papers, as well as other historical leaks. “Pandora Papers” was hosted by Simon Dix, DX Compliance CEO & Founder, along with Bisi Giwa, Director at Compliance Consultancy Kharis & Knoble. We discussed how many of the individuals involved in this leak are people that we trust to protect society. We explored the AML challenges involved in uncovering and reducing the risks to organisations, as well as discussed tips for AML and Compliance teams on handling this type of event.
